Sending your Device to us

If you have decided to send your device to us for recovery then please take care to ensure that it is properly protected for its journey to us. It is extremely unlikely that any damage can be sustained to the device in transit BUT it is important that they are packaged or despatched properly to prevent any items being lost in transit.

Please ensure the following is observed when sending your media for recovery:

Most SD and other cards come supplied in a small flat box, this can be used for transit to us

failing that plenty of bubble wrap or tissue paper will suffice

Place your well wrapped card in a Jiffy bag and send via Royal Mails

- Special Delivery

Please also ensure your paperwork is attached, this should have been emailed to you when you submitted a case, if not please email us for a shipping form.

Once we have received your device and recovered your photos We usually can email or allow you FTP access to your files within 24-48 hours.

Alternatively we can send your data on a DVD by Royal Mails - Recorded Signed For™++

If you are outside the UK you can access your data on our secure servers as customers in Peru & Norway have discovered!
